Scrum Master
- Act as a scrum process champion for one or more agile teams
- Experienced in scrum master and people management
- Facilitates all scrum ceremonies :Daily standup, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Remove impediments or blockers that hinder team's progress
- Track and report team velocity, sprint/release progress and other KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution
- Ability to understand technical terms (Java, API, JIRA,
Cloud etc.) and solve issues around
- Good to have CSM and PROTECTED certification
