About The Job:
- Designs, implements, administers, and optimizes Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.
- Provides technical leadership for collaboration, messaging, productivity, and identity platforms while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available services that support business operations, workforce productivity, governance, and compliance requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement,
and optimize Microsoft 365 services and platform capabilities across the enterprise.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.
- Provide Tier 3 operational support and serve as the escalation point for complex messaging, identity, collaboration, and productivity platform issues.
- Ensure all production changes comply with established lifecycle management, risk management, and change control processes.
- Design and implement secure Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Configure and maintain identity services including Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, and authentication integrations.
