About The Job:
- We are looking for an experienced Developer with robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Now Mobile to design, implement,



and optimize scalable enterprise solutions.
- This role focuses on translating business and functional requirements into high-quality technical configurations while ensuring platform best practices and long-term maintainability.
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong technical problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering user-centric, enterprise-grade solutions

Essential Job Functions:
- Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge)
- Design and build Now Mobile experiences, including mobile workflows, forms, UI policies, and user interactions
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and configurations
- Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Serv
