About The Job:
- The Regional IT Service Delivery Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end IT service delivery across India and the wider APMEA region.
- The role will lead geographically dispersed support teams, drive service excellence across Level 1 and Level 2 operations, and act as the primary IT leadership interface for regional business stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:
- Own end-to-end IT service delivery across India and APMEA locations.
- Act as the primary regional escalation point for P1 and P2 incidents.
- Lead and manage multi-country IT support teams across different locations and time zones.
- Own performance management, career development and succession planning.
- Drive SLA, KPI, ITIL, incident, problem and escalation management.




- Lead Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis and Post Incident Reviews.
- Drive service reporting, KPI dashboards, ticket deep dives and continuous improvement.
- Manage regional vendor and partner relationships and performance against KPIs.
- Manage service governance, SLAs, BLAs, operational reporting and customer satisfaction.
- Lead IT transformation and change management initiatives across the region.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders and IT leadership across India and APMEA.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation and AIOps capabilities within IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive IT Service Delivery / Application Support experience.
- Minimum 3 years of people management / team leadership experience.
- Experience managing geographically distributed or multi-country teams.
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure and End User Computing
