A Day in the Life

Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) is focused on expanding customer reach, increasing engagement with existing and prospective accounts, and driving commercial growth through remote customer interactions. VES partners with sales leaders across multiple Medtronic Operating Units to identify opportunities, support market development initiatives, and improve access to Medtronic therapies through a scalable virtual engagement model.

This role leads VES activities across the North, East, and West regions of India, supporting a broad portfolio of businesses and customer segments.



The position is preferably based in Gurugram, with Mumbai also considered, and operates in a primarily office-based setting where virtual engagement is the primary mode of customer and stakeholder interaction. Travel is expected up to 10% for business reviews, team engagement activities, customer meetings, and key stakeholder interactions.

The Remote Sales Supervisor will lead the expansion and execution of the Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) model across North, East, and West India. This role combines people leadership, strategic account management, pipeline oversight, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial growth through remote sales channels. The position is responsible for building team capability, supporting market expansion, and delivering commercial objectives across multiple Operating Units.
