Location: Hybrid - (3x days onsite/week in Pune, India)

ROLE SUMMARY

Client is seeking an Insurance Business Analyst to support the IT Non-Admitted Production Support unit for the GuideWire Policy Center – administration system. The role involves monitoring a ticketing system, analyzing incidents and requests, resolving or escalating them, and supporting workflows. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of business analysis experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, with preferred experience in GuideWire Policy Center and technical qualifications in system integration and policy administration solutions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the ticketing system and receive incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end-user with a solution or escalating it to the other IT teams.




- Identify and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for the various system end-users and providing root cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.
- Provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and presentations.
- Lead review sessions for completed business/functional requirements with key business users focused on gaining consensus and final business approval.
- Build robust relationships within the business units and support functions to understand the business needs.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise, ensure that out of the box functionality is leveraged and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
