Gigin Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, developing backend services, and contributing to end-to-end product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.).
- Strong understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of system design and scalability.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
