Job Description*

• We are seeking experienced Product Owners to support strategic healthcare digital transformation initiatives focused on AI-driven member engagement, care management, and digital self-service experiences

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and delivery priorities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX designers, and architects to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements

• Lead requirements gathering, story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint planning activities

• Drive AI-powered solutions including virtual assistants, conversational AI, intelligent agents, and automation capabilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement, digital experiences, and operational efficiency





• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for call deflection, self-service automation, and enhanced customer interactions

• Facilitate product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making sessions

• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements

• Support integration of digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms

• Ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and customer-centric healthcare solutions
