About The Job:
- Experience: 6-8 Years
- Mandatory Skills: IT Infrastructure Knowledge, Windows, Unix

Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to monitor infrastructure and application alerts and take action to resolve events.
- Escalate to business teams as needed.
- Perform health checks to ensure smooth start and end of business hours.
- Possess IT infrastructure knowledge and bridge calls with business teams during known incidents.
- Ability to work in 24x7 shift environments.




- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows and Unix L2 support.
- Ability to communicate with users via telephone and email in French and English.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jump and HP ITSM is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask across different processes.

Qualifications:
- Positive communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of Windows and Unix is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure monitoring.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24x7 support model.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts in operations including Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Understanding of Event Management and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle incident and crisis calls.
