BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage cognitive,

emotional, and social development.

 Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

 Utilize play-based learning techniques to make education fun and effective.

 Monitor and document the progress of children, ensuring individualized attention and

support.





 Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's development.

 Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and ensure a

cohesive learning experience.

Requirements / Qualifications:

 2–3 years of proven experience as a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Teacher.

 Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

 Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with a focus on Primary Education.

 Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

 Passion for working with young children and a creative approach to teaching.
