Description

A. Quality Control (Critical Area)
- Ensure Zero Defect / Zero DOA in stator manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with:
- Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
- Quality check points (in-process + final)
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions
- Draft & Implement PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan.

B. Process Improvement
- Implement Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives
- Standardize best practices across shifts
- Adherence to EHS Standards & Protected working practices.
- Update MIS dashboards for management review
- Coordination with Production & Maintenance to ensure process improvements

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Rejection / Defect Rate

4. Required Skills & Competencies





Technical Skills
- Knowledge of:
- Stator winding processes
- Electrical parameters (Resistance, Insulation)
- Fan motor construction
- Understanding of:
- Process controls & QC tools
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma

Responsibilities
Qualification & Experience
- Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Preferred Background
- Experience in:
- High-volume manufacturing (Electrical or automobile)
- Automated or semi-automated winding & testing Lines
- Exposure to:
- ISO / IMS systems
- Continuous improvement culture
