About The Job:
- We are looking for a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Engineer/Consultant to design, develop and implement personalized, real-time customer journeys and omnichannel engagement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- The candidate will work closely with business, marketing, customer experience, data and technology teams to translate customer engagement requirements into scalable AJO journeys, campaigns, audience segments and personalized experiences.
- AJO supports real-time and scheduled customer journeys across channels including email, SMS, push, web and in-app experiences, using events, audience qualification and contextual customer data.

Essential Job Functions:

AJO Journey Design & Development




- Design and develop complex multi-step customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Configure event-triggered, audience-triggered and business-event journeys.
- Define journey entry criteria, conditions, branching logic, wait periods and actions.
- Implement real-time customer engagement and personalized communications.
- Configure scheduled campaigns and orchestrated campaigns where appropriate.
- Design journey frameworks that can be reused across multiple business scenarios.
- Perform journey testing, simulation, deployment and production monitoring.

Adobe Experience Platform
- Work extensively with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its underlying data capabilities.
- Understand and work with Real-Time Customer Profile, XDM schemas, Datasets, Identity Service, Data ingestion, Audiences/segments and Events.
- Define the data requirements needed to support AJO journeys.
