Role & Responsibilities:

This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
- Support development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies and governance standards in line with regulatory expectations
- Drive risk identification, assessment and monitoring across key risk categories
- Assist in development and operationalization of the Risk Appetite Framework, including limit setting, monitoring and escalation
- Design and maintain enterprise risk dashboards and MIS, providing actionable insights to senior management and governance forums
- Support ICAAP framework development and execution, including capital adequacy assessment and risk aggregation
- Perform enterprise-wide stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of adverse conditions on business and capital
- Manage and oversee liquidity risk, interest rate risk and Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes, including risk assessment and monitoring




- Strengthen risk governance and reporting, including preparation of risk reports for senior management and committees
- Collaborate with business and support functions to embed risk awareness and ownership across the organization.
