Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth of Tekbond products in the assigned region by expanding distributor network, strengthening presence across project and retail segments, managing the regional sales team, and building strong relationships with fabricators, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Achieve assigned sales targets for Tekbond products within the defined region/state.
2. Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors to improve market penetration.
3.Manage and guide sales team members to ensure consistent performance and territory coverage.
4. Drive business across project and retail segments including:
- Glass, Façade, and Aluminum
- ACP Panels and HPL for Projects
- Mechanized furniture units
- General Hardware

4. 5. Plan and execute promotional activities such as dealer meets, product trials, and participation in exhibitions

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Any Graduate, MBA (added advantage)
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP
7 to 10 years of experience in Sales
NATURE OF EXPERIENCE




1.Knowledge of Adhesives & Sealants and it's applications in the Construction, Automotive and industrial markets.
2. Experience with selling Sealants, Waterproofing Materials, UPVC doors, glass
