Essential Job Functions:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions
- Applying specialist expertise (frontend or backend) while expanding full-stack capability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing
- Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Experience
- Strong frontend OR backend experience (willing to learn full stack)
- Backend: Java / Spring Boot
- Frontend: JavaScript / TypeScript with React or Vue
- Understanding of software design principles
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Agile (Scrum / Kanban) experience
- DevOps awareness & automation practices

Technical Skills
- Java 7+,



Spring Boot, REST APIs, WebSockets
- JavaScript / TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing, BDD/TDD
- CI/CD pipelines & Git
- Robust communication & collaboration skills
