About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Client Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 8–9 client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery from strategy through execution.

Working closely with creative, strategy, media, and development teams,



you'll oversee integrated digital campaigns, provide strategic guidance to clients, lead a team of 2–3 Client Services professionals, and identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships. This role combines client leadership, team management, and commercial responsibility within a collaborative agency environment.
