About The Client:

An American multinational business software company that specializes in financial software. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, California. The Client's products include TurboTax's tax preparation application, the personal finance app Mint, the small business accounting program QuickBooks, the credit monitoring service Credit Karma and the email marketing platform Mailchimp.

Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinates software product/feature development related project
- activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides technical, administrative
- and logistical support including project schedule preparation, risk
- identification/monitoring, project execution/monitoring, meeting arrangement,
- progress tracking, documentation, reporting and preparing executive updates.

Qualifications:

Skills:
- Excellent familiarity and experience in managing projects/programs
- across Software Development Life Cycle. Familiarity with Agile methodology and
- related tools.



Ability to drive and contribute to technical discussions on software
- product/feature development, enhancement, support etc.
- Exp: 10+ years industry exp, 5+ years into program management

Top 3 skills:
- Program management
- Risk Management
- Valuable communication skills

Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer
- Engineering, Or an Engineering degree with good software skills.
- PMP Certification and Scrum Master certification would be a plus.
