Project Role : Business Process Architect

Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

You will design, configure, and enhance SAP Quality Management (QM) processes while leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate configuration, documentation, process analysis, testing, and problem resolution. The role focuses on delivering robust quality processes across the supply chain,



integrating pre built AI services when beneficial, and improving productivity through AI enabled assistance—without requiring deep AI model engineering or RAG/agentic development.

Key Responsibilities

QM Functional & Technical Delivery

Configure and enhance SAP QM processes across:

o Inspection Planning & Results Recording

o Quality Notifications & Corrective Actions

o Incoming, In Process, and Final Inspections

o Quality Certificates, Sampling Procedures, and Catalogs

o Integration with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse

Use AI copilots to accelerate creation of functional specifications, streamline configuration validation, and generate comprehensive test cases.

Support end to end delivery across requirements, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.

Integrate QM processes with MM, PP, WM/EWM, PM, SD, and vendor/customer facing systems.
