About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Clarify CRM Solutions Engineer with proven expertise in ClearBasic programming for Amdocs Clarify CRM v12. You will work directly with a small onshore team while collaborating with and providing technical oversight to the offshore development team in Bangalore, India. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building features, supporting enterprise-grade CRM operations, and ensuring system stability.
You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and independently design effective solutions.

Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality for the Amdocs Clarify CRM v12 system using ClearBasic.

Fully manage and maintain Amdocs Clarify systems in collaboration with the global team.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance applications without altering the base Clarify CRM itself.

Support business-critical operations across multiple regions and time zones.

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
