Essential Job Functions:
- System Manager should have positive knowledge of ITIL Framework, working knowledge on ITSM Tools like ServiceNow.
- Ability to execute SOP based activities related to System Management and coordination with other IT partners for the application for timely closure of tickets (in some cases). Volumes would be limited for such tickets.




- System Manager will work with the System Owner/Business Focal for adoption/move towards ServiceNow Applications (SAP Pharmlog Interface, NN-Shorts, Lecare, Matrix, SAP RMD Interface)
- System Manager will delegate for System Owner and be responsible for maintaining the System Information/Hygiene on ServiceNow.
- System Manager will upkeep/maintenance of all documentation relating to the application.
- In case the application goes for an audit, the System Manager will be part of the audit and present documentation/evidence etc. for the areas in scope.
- System Manager will closely work with the System Owner and keep the Architectural Document and key information updated on ServiceNow/relevant repositories.
- Time zone - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET/CEST (Germany Business Hours) - 9X5 Support. Staff can follow Novo Germany Holidays.
