Essential Job Functions:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process observation
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and system integration diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- PMP or Agile certification "
