Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Associates.
Set performance goals and ensure the team meets hiring targets within specified timelines.
Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance the team's efficiency.
Recruitment Strategy:
Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Analyze the recruitment funnel and make data-driven decisions to optimize the hiring process.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Analytical Skills:
Utilize analytical tools to assess and understand recruitment funnel metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance the overall hiring process.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Planning and Execution:
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.




Execute the hiring plan efficiently, ensuring the timely closure of open positions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring efforts with business objectives.
Good to have Power BI , Looker Studio
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment targets.
