2. Responsible for Plant throughout, quality & upkeep of equipment.
3. Responsible for improvement initiatives like Kaizens,QMS, safety etc.
4. Responsible for handling and optimizing manpower and resources
5. Responsible for production planning and raw material planning follow up & execution
7. Training of operators by pep talks. Improve communication between back end and frontend
8. Knowledge on trasactions
8. Updation and conduction of DCS (Daily Control System) and PCS (Performance Control System)
