Job purpose/mandate

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Head. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving

sales targets and building relationships with key accounts.

Specific duties and responsibilities

1. Driving sales within branches

2. Coaching sales team and providing leadership towards responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company culture and values).

3. Establishing business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share.

4. Execution, and continuous monitoring of an action plan for self as well as by team for effective search of business opportunities.

5. Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

6. Assisting in the deployment and implementation of marketing plans.

7. Conducting regular one-on-one review with all team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance

8.



Providing timely feedback to/from team and keep senior management updated regarding performance/behavior KPIs.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

12-14 years of experience in sales management.

Experience in similar industry.

Robust understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Willingness to travel and work with diverse team of professionals.
