About The Job:
- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle DBA to manage, optimize, and future-proof our database infrastructure.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end stability of environments ranging from legacy 12c instances to up-to-date 19c deployments.
- This is not just a maintenance role; we need a proactive expert who can identify bottlenecks before they cause downtime and communicate technical risks effectively across diverse departments.

Essential Job Functions:
- Performance Engineering:



Go beyond basic monitoring to perform deep-dive bottleneck analysis, SQL tuning, and proactive health checks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage seamless patching, upgrades, and migrations across Oracle versions 12c through 19c
- High Availability: Configure and maintain Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Data Guard for robust disaster recovery and load balancing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to align database architecture with business goals.
- Stability & Automation: Develop scripts and processes to automate routine maintenance and improve system predictability.

Technical Requirements
- Version Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle 12c, 18c, and 19c architecture.
- Troubleshooting: Mastery of AWR, ADDM, and ASH reports to diagnose complex performa
