ABOUT THE ROLE
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services across APAC and EMEA. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate HR data management, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience.
Working within a global HR Operations team, you will serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders by providing expert support, resolving complex inquiries, and ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local requirements.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
JOB DUTIES
- Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions across APAC and EMEA, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leave administration, and terminations.




- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR operational inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Independently manage HR transactions within Oracle and related systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Ensure HR processes are completed in accordance with established service level agreements and internal controls.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of documentation, system updates, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Perks, and other teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
