Description
• 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Robust expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules – Audit, Risk and Compliance
• Hands-on experience with Workspace configuration & customization
• Development experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
• Strong skills in Dashboards, Reporting, and Performance/Platform Analytics (PA)
• Ability to understand business requirements and configure effective solutions
• Solid ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) experience
• Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow certifications - CIS–IRM
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
