- Support strategic customers using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital experience platforms.
- Act as a technical expert responsible for troubleshooting, issue resolution, customer success, and product support across enterprise environments.
- Work closely with Support, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Engineering, and customer teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns related to technical issues and product support.
- Advocate for customer requirements and coordinate with product and engineering teams.
