Responsibilities
- Supervise & manage day to day operations of ceiling fan assembly lines.
- Monitor line efficiency, cycle time and manpower utilization
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze RCAs for assembly issues.
- Collaborate with design, quality and maintenance teams for smooth production.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and 5S methodology.
- Train and mentor junior engineers, supervisors & operators.
- Prepare daily production reports, analysis of downtime failures.
- Inventory control and management.
- Waste Elimination. Highlighting and Minimizing NVA’s.
- Line Balancing to match production rate to the takt time.
- SAP functioning (Production Module).

Preferably from Fan Industry. SAP, 5S, Process Validation, Line Balancing,
