Purpose of a Job:
To lead a high-performing team in generating sales for multiple Residential Projects by driving referrals, repeat sales, and loyalty initiatives through strategic corporate partnerships and customer relationships.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•Lead and mentor a team of CLR managers to build and maintain strong engagement with existing customers, driving repeat business and referral sales via loyalty programs.
•Develop, implement, and oversee corporate loyalty schemes, campaigns, and events to boost brand recall, generate quality leads, and achieve sales targets.
•Organize and direct property presentations, webinars, site visits, and exclusive previews for corporate clients and their employees, ensuring high-impact execution.
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, CRM) and external partners to align strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
•Monitor team performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports on referral leads, loyalty conversions, corporate engagement,



and sales pipeline; use insights to refine strategies.
•Identify and pursue current opportunities for client engagement, feedback collection, and loyalty enhancement, while coaching the team on best practices.
•Drive team recruitment, training, and motivation to meet departmental KPIs and contribute to overall corporate loyalty revenue goals.
