We are the Perfect match if you have
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles
- Have experience in SaaS products, fintech or B2B technology platforms.
- Effective business communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Have a commercial acumen with proven upsell / cross-sell exposure.
- Have a solid analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven conversations.
- Are experienced running executive-level business reviews and outcome discussions.
- Self-starter with the motivation to take on new challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to take ownership of process and outcomes.
- Have ability to structure and drive projects by setting milestones, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clients achieve their defined goals.
- Are able to move things forward through credibility, clarity, and collaboration

Here’s what your day would look like...
- Deeply understand client businesses, success metrics, and evolving priorities
- Lead QBRs with data-backed insights, performance trends, and growth recommendations




- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative value positioning
- Build trustworthy relationships with various client stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate risks and resolve issues before they become escalations
- Build & execute plans to solve the client’s business objectives for which they onboarded IDfy
- Educate clients on industry best practices
- Be the client’s voice at ourtable, fearlessly advocate for your client internally within IDfy
