About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage end-to-end timesheet management, including collection, validation, follow-ups, and timely submission.
- Track and maintain employee leave records, holiday calendars, and resource availability in accordance with client and organizational policies.
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding, ensuring documentation, approvals, and system access are completed within defined SLAs.
- Manage invoice uploads and supporting documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to process standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and audit guidelines.




- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Handle multiple operational workstreams independently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:
- 3–8 years of experience in Operations, HR Operations, or Business Support.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and operational management tools.
