Experience designing scalable, maintainable microservices architectures
Hands‐on development of AI agents, multi‐agent frameworks, and MCP server integrations
Proficiency with backend tech: Node.js, Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), or Java
Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience developing APIs and SDKs
Robust ML Ops skills: CI/CD, model versioning, experiment tracking
Experience with monitoring and observability for AI systems
Containerization expertise with Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience designing data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage
Understanding of data quality and security practices
Experience with agent frameworks like Autogen, AWS Agent Framework, LangGraph
Experience with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
End‐to‐end experience with at least one full AI stack on major cloud platforms
