Job Description:

• 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience delivering large-scale digital programs.

• End-to-end delivery ownership covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance.

• Strong stakeholder and client management, including executive-level communication.

• Experience managing global, cross-functional teams.

• Financial management experience including forecasting, budgeting, utilization, and change management.

• Experience delivering Digital Experience (DX) projects. Experience in atleast one CMS (AEM / Sitecore / Drupal) and DAM platform. Experience in Campaign Management, Data Engineering delivery projects is a plus.





• Experience in atleast one Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API ecosystem knowledge.

• AI/GenAI, automation, and AI-enabled delivery experience.

• Strong risk, dependency, vendor, and escalation management skills.

• Agile/Scrum/Hybrid delivery experience.

• Atleast one of the following certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Protected certification.

• Presales, solutioning, estimation, and account growth experience.

• Martech, CRM, CDP, Analytics, and Personalization platforms.
