● Support the data + analytics needs for partners across multiple orgs (Merch, Marketing, Client Experience & Support, etc)

● Design, develop, & deliver reporting to partners and build self-service capabilities on their behalf

● Partner withProduct Data Scientists to help craft the right solution – balancing immediate/long-term needs against effort & impact

● Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Finance, Data Science, Merchandising, Operations and across the company

● Guide partner roadmap plans & investments through prospect sizing & decision support

● Be part of a collaborative team which has high visibility across the organization

Experience Needed:

● Strong experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision making using data + analytics

● 3-5+ years in analytics role

● Exceptional Analytics skills in SQL or Python (advanced Excel considered)

● 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker,
