Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment for positions
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined TAT
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates as per technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate documentation, offer rollouts, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS updates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure high offer-to-joining ratio and candidate engagement

Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles




- Hands-on experience with C2H / Contract Staffing is preferred
- Robust sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn, portals)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
- Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva or similar is an added advantage)
- Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
