Essential Job Functions:
- Manage ServiceNow CMDB, application service models, define and monitor CI data, health reports, dashboards, Data Migration, Transform Maps, Scripting
- Build CMDB data integrations and maintain automated data flow
- Maintain and ensure adherence to CMDB technical design standards
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical team members
- Managing Data uploads into CMDB
- CMDB health dashboard maintenance
- CMDB Relationship management
- Own responsibility for client technical deliverables including client design documents
- Enforce systems design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive the core principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle
- Work with customer managers, architects, subject matter experts, solution designers, and senior levels stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years Experience Required
