As a Global US Payroll Oracle – Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting complex business issues from strategy to execution.



As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
