Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Technical/Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation, and integration of GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules, robust technical skills, and experience leading integration efforts with other enterprise systems. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow GRC, advising stakeholders on how to leverage the platform to meet business objectives.




- Solution Architecture:
- Architect ServiceNow GRC solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of the ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the GRC solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Integration Management:
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party risk management tools) using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Design and implement data integrations and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues during and after deployment.
