- Knowledge of Heat treatment processes, process validation for heat treatment cycle
- Establish and set the operational control parameters targets,Planning for trial and usage of raw materials, Production Scheduling
- Control Quality of Glass at each step and Quality of work, handling Of Shift Duties, Line Output /product quality and process yield improvement
- Execution of the production targets, Meeting On-Time Delivery, Daily performance control & review
- Initiate and drive productivity, yield and quality improvement initiatives, support CFT on Loss analysis and Eradication
- Production parts FIFO & stock accountability, record & reduce wastage, rejects & scrap
- Ensuring operational parameters for various types of glasses, Process & quality control, Reduction of rejection, Root cause analysis/ Data Collection/Corrective action
Compliance to standards like IATF, ISO, WCM, EHS, Customer requirements, workplace Management
- Train & drive people involvement
