Essential Job Functions:

Operational Management
- Manage the DLP team's daily Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities in the absence of L1 analysts to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Review and validate DLP incidents and investigations performed by L1 analysts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to defined procedures.
- Review and investigate all Data Security offenses, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
- Support incident handling activities and ensure timely closure of security events in line with agreed service levels.

Reporting & Governance
- Review, validate, and deliver all daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards to the client.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Track operational metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall DLP effectiveness.





Client & Stakeholder Management
- Represent the DLP team in all daily, weekly, and monthly client governance meetings.
- Work closely with clients to address ongoing action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Respond to analysis requests from clients and senior management, providing detailed findings, recommendations, and executive summaries as required.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings involving Security Operations, SOC, Infrastructure, Endpoint, Network, and other technology teams.
- Coordinate and resolve cross-functional issues impacting DLP operations.

Data Security Posture Improvement
- Proactively identify gaps in the organization's data security posture through threat hunting, trend analysis, and operational reviews.
- Recommend improvements to DLP policies, monitoring capabilities, and security controls.
