An excellent career prospect is currently available for an Advanced R&D; Engr/Scientist – Gas Processing Technologies at Honeywell India Technology Center in Gurugram. This position is dedicated to accelerating the development and commercialization of cutting-edge Hydrogen and Carbon Capture technologies, focusing specifically on solvent-based technology solutions. The selected candidate will spearhead the development of novel technologies and will be responsible for creating integrated solutions that leverage UOP’s Hydrogen and Gas Processing technology portfolio.

Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:




- Leadership in New Product Development: Lead and support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives by managing cross-functional teams tasked with creating intricate integrated technology solutions. Conduct research on solvent-based carbon capture technologies, focusing on their effectiveness and efficiency in reducing CO2 footprint.
- Project Management Excellence: Implement Z21 methodologies and project management best practices to ensure that all technology deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Pilot Plant Experimentation: Direct and facilitate pilot plant experiments while driving a model-based design of experiments (MBDOE) approach to expedite technology advancement.
- Innovation and Intellectual Property: Identify and develop innovative solutions, authoring invention disclosures to contribute significantly to Honeywell UOP’s innovation initiatives.
