About The Job:
- We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Data Migration Consultant to lead the FICO data migration workstream for a large-scale global transformation program.
- As part of the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, the candidate will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timely availability of financial data across multiple geographies.
- The ideal candidate combines deep Finance and Controlling domain expertise with robust hands-on experience in SAP data migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, BODS, and exposure to Databricks.
- The role involves end-to-end ownership of the migration lifecycle—from planning and extraction to transformation, loading, and reconciliation.

Essential Job Functions:

Migration Strategy & Planning




- Collaborate with business process owners and functional leads to define data requirements, extraction rules, and validation criteria.
- Develop detailed data cutover strategies including Mock Loads (Mock 1, Mock 2), Dry Runs, and Production Cutover.
- Align with central data migration teams to define and execute migration strategy across multiple country rollouts.

ETL Execution (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Manage extraction of Master Data and Transactional Data from SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
- Lead data cleansing and transformation workshops to align legacy data with S/4HANA data structures (e.g., CVI/Business Partner conversion, New Asset Accounting).
- Execute data loads using:
- SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC)
- LTMOM (Migration Object Modeler)
- SAP Data Services (BODS)
- Exposure to Databricks for large-scale data transformation is preferred.
