About The Job:
- We are looking for a Business Technology Solutions Consultant (Varicent) with strong experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
- In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable Varicent solutions, enabling effective sales compensation and planning programs. You will play a key role across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution deployment and client enablement.

Essential Job Functions:

Solution Design & Functional Understanding
- Translate business requirements into scalable Varicent ICM/SPM solution designs.
- Support solution architecture definition, ensuring alignment with client processes and industry best practices.
- Contribute to design discussions including data models, compensation logic, and reporting frameworks.





Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and implement Varicent ICM and/or Sales Planning modules.
- Develop and maintain calculations, components, workflows, and compensation plans including complex rules such as thresholds, accelerators, and clawbacks.
- Support ELT/data pipelines and ensure accurate processing of large datasets.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management
- Lead or assist requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Convert requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and configuration designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, data, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Data Integration & Validation
- Work with upstream and downstream systems to integrate sales and HR data into Varicent.
- Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability across end-to-end workflows.
