About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Work with PV, Quality, Regulatory, and business users to gather business requirements, define user requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications, and obtain business sign-off.
- Lead and support implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and rollout activities for GxP and business applications, including Argus, Ennov, Axway, Quality applications, and related platforms.
- Provide experienced application management support across incident, service request, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and timely closure of application support items.
- Act as the IT SPOC for assigned GxP and Quality applications and maintain strong partnerships with business users, site teams, global IT,



and external vendor teams.
- Review proposed design solutions and assess alignment with business needs, compliance expectations, data integrity requirements, and operational feasibility.
- Support computer system validation (CSV) deliverables, testing coordination, UAT, change control, release documentation, access management, and periodic review activities, as applicable.
- Support regulatory audits, audit responses, data integrity assessments, risk identification, CAPAs, and remediation actions related to supported IT applications.
- Manage and track application enhancements, defects, interface issues, integration activities, data migration support, and business continuity requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate system changes with impacted business areas to ensure smooth transition, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
