Essential Job Functions:
- Administer and maintain Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including projects, workflows, permissions, and configurations
- Expert Experience in Atlassian
- Design and implement custom workflows, fields, screens, and issue types
- Manage user access, roles, and permission schemes
- Configure and maintain Jira integrations (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket,



third-party apps)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime
- Support and train users on Jira best practices and features
- Manage plugins/add-ons, including evaluation, installation, and updates
- Perform regular system audits, cleanup, and data integrity checks
- Create dashboards, reports, and filters to support business insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira solutions
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures

- Experience: 6+ Years
