Detailed job description - Skill Set:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation).

• Translate legislation and policy into business requirements, whereby end users are able to validate and verify transformation into OPA.

• Responsible for modeling, development, regression, testing, and deployment of OPA project to production.

• OPA Rule Authoring, debugging, Interview screen development. Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub management.

• Knowledge of SOAP/REST Webservices.

• Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution.





• Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption.

• OPA certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of other CRM products(Service Cloud/RightNow, CPQ, Sales, Siebel) is a plus.
