Role Descriptions: The Dynatrace L2 Engineer will manage advanced incident management and troubleshooting for P2/P3 incidents. They will be responsible for Dynatrace platform administration| ensuring system health and stability. The role includes configuring monitoring settings and optimizing alerting profiles. Collaboration with application and infrastructure teams for onboarding new applications is key. Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and enhance monitoring effectiveness are also part of the responsibilities.

Essential Skills: Experience with automation and scripting for monitoring enhancements is beneficial. Knowledge of performance reporting and governance can enhance the roles effectiveness.



Familiarity with application and infrastructure onboarding processes is a plus. Understanding of alerting profiles and thresholds will be advantageous. Skills in continuous improvement methodologies are desirable.Solid experience with Dynatrace tools and advanced incident management is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis is critical for success in this role. Familiarity with monitoring configuration and optimization techniques is also necessary. Candidates should have a solid understanding of integration with ITSM tools. Effective collaboration with various teams is a must.
