Summary:

We are seeking a Process & Quality Governance Lead to standardize, deploy, and continuously improve engineering processes for our Controls and Software teams. In this role, you will define and operationalize process frameworks, metrics, and audits that align with organizational standards—ensuring consistent execution and world-class product quality for our customers. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Corporate Quality to institutionalize best practices, lead data-driven improvements, and drive measurable outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy software processes for Control and Software teams as per organizational standards to ensure world-class product quality for customers.
- Define, deploy, and monitor process/product metrics and other objective measures to ensure adherence to established processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead data-driven analysis to drive continuous process improvement, enhance process/tool adherence, and optimize engineering workflows.




- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Corporate Quality to define, refine, and implement new or updated processes across the organization.
- Provide regular reporting on software quality assurance performance, including process adherence, risks, and improvement actions, to Management.
- Conduct gap analyses and/or spot checks to identify impediments and ensure solid institutionalization of defined processes across engineering teams.
- Support engineering teams during internal and external audits, drive actions resulting from audit findings, and ensure appropriate deployment of corrective measures.
- Lead process-based root cause analysis for software defects and failures, driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustained improvements.
- Maintain objectivity in issue assessment and coach engineering teams in troubleshooting using industry-leading software development principles and practices.
