About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Continuous real-time monitoring of security alerts across SIEM and security tools.
- Perform initial alert triage and validate alerts to filter false positives.
- Conduct basic log analysis to identify suspicious activity.
- Document and create incident tickets with relevant details.
- Perform first-level phishing email analysis and report findings.
- Escalate confirmed/suspicious incidents to L2 analysts per defined SLAs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks/playbooks.
- Maintain shift handover reports and incident logs.
- Monitor endpoint, network, email, and proxy security alerts
- Support basic threat intelligence enrichment of alerts (IP, domain, hash lookups).
